Are you a service-minded Facility Coordinator who enjoys both being on‑site and organizing things behind the scenes?

We are looking for someone who will oversee facility operations across a large and complex site, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll be part of a team with other facility coordinators and a manager.

Description

• Coordinate facility operations across multiple buildings
• Walk the site regularly to ensure quality and safety standards
• Support administrative tracking and reporting
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
• Coordinating and following up on on‑site facility operations (including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, pest control, etc.)
• Acting as the first point of contact for users, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Managing and controlling inspections, inventories, storage, and locker access
• Collaborating within the team to achieve high user satisfaction
