We are looking for a Domain Architect specialised in Asset Management to join the IT Architecture team of one of our clients, a key player in the Belgian and European energy sector. Your mission is to ensure the Asset domain’s IT landscape is coherent, secure, and future-proof, enabling safe and reliable grid operations.
- Translate business capabilities into actionable IT roadmaps and detailed IT Blueprints
- Define and enforce domain-specific architecture principles and standards
- Present and defend architectural designs before the Architecture Review Board (ARB)
- Maintain the Asset IT application and platform portfolio in the Enterprise Architecture Repository
- Conduct portfolio assessments (Gartner TIME, 6R) and identify opportunities for application reuse
- Perform trade-off analyses (cost, risk, complexity) to support executive decision-making
- Govern asset data models, integration patterns, and data ownership with Data and Solution Architects
- Ensure security, resilience, and compliance requirements are embedded in domain architectures
Required profile.
- Proven experience as an IT Domain or Enterprise Architect in a complex, regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Archimate or equivalent)
- Experience with asset management systems and operational technology (OT/IT convergence) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills – ability to engage both C-suite stakeholders and engineering teams
- Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus
