ILIAS Solutions is seeking a junior Scrum Master to help keep defence software squads moving in a Spotify-inspired structure. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and partner with Market Product Managers and Tech Writers to align sprint goals and documentation.
A mentoring setup with senior Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches supports your growth. The role is permanent, full-time, with a hybrid schedule (2 days on-site per week) and eligibility for national/NATO security clearance.
