Our client, a prominent player in the telecommunications and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Senior Constructions Surveyor for projects in the Liège region. This role focuses on leading a team of surveyors to ensure the successful preparation and execution of network construction sites.
- Lead and steer a team of construction surveyors to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare construction sites by coordinating meetings and verifying project execution plans.
- Manage the scheduling and availability of all necessary materials.
- Oversee on-site activities by providing instructions and ensuring technical compliance.
- Perform rigorous quality and safety checks to maintain high operational standards.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues encountered during the construction process.
- Validate work progress and final completion documentation within internal systems.
- You have experience in telecom, utility, or general construction.
- You bring proven experience in leading and steering technical teams.
- You're in possession of a valid Driving License B.
- You have strong communication and negotiation skills with a decision-oriented approach.
