Key Responsibilities

• Propose new technologies or enhancements to existing technologies.
• Initiate the adoption of new processes, documents, methodologies, tools, etc. to improve the overall process.
• Discuss with Finance Integration Leads and Project Managers business requirements.
• Identify proposed solutions, validate feasibility, create functional specifications.
• Participate in the design of testing procedures and in the development testing of new or enhanced applications.
• Apply systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications.
• Act as a liaison with other IT groups & coordinate planning of technical tasks.
• Provide leadership and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• 7+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on FI/CO modules.
• 2+ years of experience on each: Seeburger P2P, IDOC, SAFT and eInvoicing.
• Experience transitioning from ECC to S4 HANA as FICO Lead role.
• Understanding of finance processes and accounting principles (International Standard and Country specific for Turkey, Morocco, Rumania, among others).
• Knowledgeable of SAP FI/CO integration to other SAP modules, especially MM, SD and Purchasing.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP IDOC, SAFT and e Invoicing is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
• SAP Certification in FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance (preferred).
