For Client's TSS team, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who goes beyond traditional agile facilitation. You will support a complex cross-functional team operating between Client, Wyre and an external partner, which focuses on the tooling (Marlin) in which the Wyre network is documented. The role requires a hands-on, pragmatic professional who can improve team collaboration, drive agile maturity, support delivery excellence and act as a trusted partner to both the Product Owner and key stakeholders.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and agile ways of working.
Coach and support the team towards higher agile maturity.
Drive team effectiveness, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Support the Product Owner in delivery management and stakeholder alignment.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between Client, Wyre and external partners.
Monitor delivery performance through dashboards, reporting and flow metrics.
Identify impediments and proactively drive solutions.
Support the adoption of Client's TIIES (Teams, Initiatives, Increments, Epics & Stories) framework.
Analyze team metrics and take actions to improve performance and predictability.
Challenge and coach team members when ways of working are not being followed.
Contribute ideas and improvements to processes and operational efficiency.

Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar agile leadership role.
Proven experience working in complex stakeholder environments.
Strong delivery mindset combined with coaching capabilities.
Ability to build trust and create alignment within diverse teams.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Pragmatic, hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
Experience working within cross-functional teams consisting of business analysts, data professionals, release management and external partners.
Scrum certifications are considered a plus, but proven experience is valued more highly.
