About the Job
We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives focused on infrastructure resilience, security, and modernization within a complex environment. The role requires strong expertise in IT governance, ITSM, and critical infrastructure projects such as CMDB deployment and Disaster Recovery Planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver infrastructure projects including CMDB implementation and DRP deployment
- Define project scope, roadmap, milestones, and governance model
- Ensure end-to-end project delivery (planning, execution, monitoring, reporting)
- Manage multiple stakeholders including technical teams and external vendors
- Drive IT transformation initiatives aligned with security and resilience objectives
- Contribute to IT governance frameworks including NIS2 and ISO27001 compliance
- Coordinate change management activities and ensure adoption across teams
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Develop and maintain business cases and project documentation
Required Skills
- Strong experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management
- Proven track record in CMDB implementation and DRP (Disaster Recovery Planning)
- Solid knowledge of IT governance (NIS2, ISO27001, ITIL)
- Experience managing complex multi-vendor environments
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2 methodologies
- Strong change management skills (ADKAR is a plus)
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English
About You
- You have at least 8 years of professional experience in IT
- If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG/NL it’s best
- You’re eager to learn, motivated and curious
