We're seeking candidates with strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and French, a solid educational background, and experience in collections or contact centers. Responsibilities
- You recover overdue payments to prevent customers from being referred to legal action;
- You maintain daily communication with customers who are behind on their payments, both through outgoing and incoming interactions.
Qualifications
- Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in both Dutch and French;
- Has completed at least a secondary education qualification;
- Brings prior experience in the field of collections or contact centers, which would be advantageous;
- Displays a strong focus on quality and results;
- Is capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision;
- Demonstrates resilience under pressure and adaptability to changing situations;
- Utilizes an analytical mindset to tackle challenges effectively;
- Exhibits assertiveness and confidence in interactions;Is skilled in negotiation tactics;
- Embodies a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
