You will be responsible for testing, maintaining and repairing the various shuttle systems and associated equipment on site at the customer’s premises.
You are not put off by assignments abroad. You will mainly work within Europe and will be away from home for an average of 2–3 days a week.
You will lead installation teams during major repairs or installations.
You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to end users and integrators, both on-site, over the telephone and via remote connection.
You will be responsible for PLC software (Beckhoff) configuration and live testing.
You will provide training to end users and integrators, both at the customer’s site and in-house.
Where necessary, you will assist the commissioning team during installations.
You will identify commercial service opportunities with existing customers and discuss these with the sales team.

Je hebt een bachelordiploma elektromechanica of aanverwant of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Projecten in het buitenland (voornamelijk Europa) schrikken je niet af.
Je bent bereid om 60-70% van je tijd te reizen voor deze functie. Meestal een 3-tal dagen per week.
Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van andere talen is een plus, maar geen must.
Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office toepassingen.
Je hebt affiniteit met software.
Voor sommige projecten ben je bereid om op hoogte of in gekoelde ruimtes te werken.
Je bent sociaal, leergierig en gedreven met een sterke klantgerichtheid.
Je bent in staat om zelfstandig problemen op te lossen.
Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief samen te werken met interne en externe teams.
Je hebt kennis en/of interesse in diverse technische onderwerpen, waaronder software, hardware, robotica en mechanica.
