Hiring: Senior AI Governance Coordinator | Belgium
Join a leading organization and drive the implementation of an enterprise-wide AI Governance Program, enabling responsible, compliant, and scalable AI adoption across the business.
- Lead and coordinate AI Governance initiatives across multiple business functions
- Establish AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models
- Drive stakeholder alignment across Data, IT, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams
- Manage governance roadmaps, risks, dependencies, reporting, and executive communications
- Support AI lifecycle governance including risk assessment, approvals, monitoring, and compliance
- Ensure alignment with Responsible AI principles and regulatory requirements, including the EU AI Act
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Governance, Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory Transformation
- 3+ years of exposure to AI Governance initiatives
- Expertise in stakeholder management and executive communication
- Knowledge of AI Governance Frameworks, Risk Assessment, and Regulatory Compliance
- Experience working within Agile environments
