For one of our clients in the energy sector, we are looking for a Project Buyer to manage the procurement of project services, including engineering studies and consultancy. You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers throughout the purchasing process, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, risk management, and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop sourcing strategies and manage tenders and negotiations.
- Advise internal stakeholders and manage supplier relationships.
- Monitor contracts, budgets, deliverables and supplier performance.
- Manage commercial risks and identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes.
Requirements
- Master's degree and relevant experience in procurement, commercial management, contract management, or engineering
- Experience with project-based services, engineering or consultancy is an asset.
- Very good command of Dutch or French, with professional knowledge of the other language and English.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously and drive continuous improvement.
