Netcracker seeks a seasoned Director of Quality Assurance to lead QA strategy across BSS platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery of billing, CRM, and order management solutions. You will drive customer-aligned quality metrics and oversee a global QA team in a fast-paced telecom environment.
You will partner with Sales/Pre-Sales on proposals, oversee onboarding and go-live QA activities, and ensure SLAs are met while supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
