System Engineer - The Job

• Act as thetechnical escalation point, taking ownership of complex L3 incidents and ensuring sustainable resolutions.
• Troubleshoot and improveMicrosoft, Linux and infrastructure environments, identifying root causes and preventing recurring issues.
• Work onsystem administration and infrastructure projects, contributing to the evolution and reliability of the IT environment.
• Collaborate with different technical teams onnetworking, security, cloud and platform-related challenges.
• Drivecontinuous improvementby optimising processes, documentation, monitoring and operational procedures.
• Share your expertise with colleagues and act as atechnical reference, supporting lower support levels on complex technical topics.
