Job Description

Your Mission

• Contribute to the development of the agency's commercial activities.
• Conduct targeted prospecting actions (phone and field).
• Present ERA products and services to selling or leasing property owners.
• Conduct property appraisals and secure mandates.
• Conduct property visits and accompany clients throughout the sales or rental process.

Your Profile

• Talented real estate professional, passionate about real estate.
• Dynamic, committed, and customer and results-oriented.
• Meticulous in your approach and motivated to evolve in the real estate sector.
• Basic knowledge of computer tools (Word, Outlook) and comfort with real estate software.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, proficiency in English is desired.
• Independent, proactive, and available, preferably with a car.
• Recognized as an IPI agent or in the process of becoming a real estate agent.
