Account Manager Projects

A commercial role with autonomy and impact

Do you havea passion for architecture, enjoy being on the road and get energy frombringing people and projects together? As Account Manager Projects at ReynaersAluminium and Forster, you will have the freedom to organise your own agendaand develop your region. You will discover inspiring construction projects,build relationships with architects, project developers, contractors andaluminium fabricators, and help them turn future-oriented ideas into strongproject results. You will spend much of your time on the road, close to themarket, with the trust to make independent choices. At the same time, you willnot be on your own: you will be part of an experienced project team and reportto the Sales Manager Projects.

Where you will make the difference

• You identify interesting construction projects and introduce our innovative aluminium and steel solutions at an early stage.
• You build your own network with architects, project developers, contractors and other partners. Not short-term contacts, but relationships that grow through your involvement and expertise.
• You inspire stakeholders during personal meetings, presentations, workshops and construction industry events.
• You contribute ideas on design, exterior joinery and façades, translating technical possibilities into solutions that truly move a project forward.
• You keep the lines of communication clear within each project and bring the right people together, from fabricator and architect to contractor, our technical department and marketing.
• You work towards concrete results: from the first conversation and inclusion in the specifications through to successful project completion.

No week looks the same

• One day you discuss a new design with an architect, the next you follow up on a project with a contractor or customer.
• You decide how to organise your appointments and priorities. That freedom goes hand in hand with clear objectives and ownership of your results.
• You combine visits on the road with technical advice, internal alignment, inspiring presentations and networking events.
• On Thursdays, you meet with the team on our campus in Duffel. You share knowledge, align on projects and have lunch together in the company restaurant.

What you bring

• Passion for architecture and sustainable building: you get excited about strong designs, innovative materials and future-proof buildings.
• Technical background: you have solid knowledge of construction and detailing; experience in the façade industry is a plus.
• A natural connection with people: you easily build relationships and enjoy developing and maintaining a broad network.
• Commercial drive: you spot opportunities, take initiative and get energy from tangible results and shared success.
• Independence: you enjoy freedom in your work, organise your agenda efficiently and take responsibility for your objectives.
• Language skills: you are fluent in Dutch and French.
• Mobility: you enjoy being on the road and feel at your best close to customers, contacts and projects.
