We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to design intuitive, accessible digital experiences focused on users’ needs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user needs and conduct user research: interviews, surveys, focus groups, usability testing, etc.
- Design low- and high-fidelity interfaces and prototypes following a mobile-first approach.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and developers to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the Design System.
- Support teams in the effective use of components and guidelines.
Profile
- Proven experience in UX Design and Design Systems.
- Strong knowledge of Figma, Axure, Conceptboard and Mentimeter.
- Good understanding of WCAG 2.1 and User Research methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Native French speaker, with good command of Dutch and English.
A portfolio is mandatory.
