Are you an enthusiastic and driven customer advisor with a passion for the financial sector? As a Banking & Insurance Customer Advisor, you’ll guide individual customers through their financial projects, both digitally and in person. Connect with clients and help them find tailored solutions, while working with a team dedicated to achieving commercial success. - You’ll proactively guide and advise individual clients as they work toward their short- and medium-term financial goals.
- You’ll do this both through digital channels such as Teams and in person.
- As their trusted financial advisor, you’ll work with them to find solutions that meet their unique needs, whether it’s everyday banking, financing, insuring valuable assets, or retirement savings.
- You’re well-versed in the digital world and provide clients with support in using online platforms and digital tools.
- You can count on the support of your Sales Manager, who will provide you with regular feedback.
- Together with your team, you’ll actively work toward achieving commercial goals and results.
- Has a strong desire to learn and values personal and professional growth.
- Listens attentively and is quick to make connections, which results in long-lasting customer relationships.
- Enjoys working as part of a team and is driven to achieve shared goals.
- Finds energy in working in the banking sector and delving into financial and insurance solutions.
- You are interested in the world of investments.
- You have at least a college degree or at least 3 years of relevant experience in a customer-focused role.
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language.
