Vicinity is a Belgian real estate investment fund focused on affordable, sustainable housing. We are seeking a part-time Legal Counsel to act as the internal legal reference point, reporting to the CFO and senior management, with significant autonomy and flexibility.
You will advise on acquisitions and disposals, financing, compliance, data protection, and KYC/AML while supporting the fund's structuring and regulatory needs in a hybrid, part-time setup.
