Antwerp Convention Bureau in Antwerp seeks a Managing Director to steer the long-term strategy and financial performance, taking P&L responsibility and ensuring sustainable growth. You will lead day-to-day operations, structure the organisation, build a strong team, and act as the international ambassador for Antwerp’s MICE sector, reporting to the Executive Board and engaging local stakeholders.
