As a Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities are:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job brief to candidate selection.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Source and attract candidates using various channels and tools.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for roles.
- Provide clients with expert advice on market trends and recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
