Your role
As a Salesforce Consultant, you work on projects where Salesforce and AI come together. You will:
- Run client workshops to understand business processes and find where AI and automation add real value
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional Salesforce designs
- Design and configure Agentforce agents: topics, actions, instructions and guardrails
- Own a workstream across the full project lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and go-live
- Work closely with developers, architects and client stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions
- Support testing, user acceptance and training, and help clients adopt what we build
- Contribute to proposals, effort estimates and the growth of our AI offering
Your profile
- 2 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce in a functional and/or technical role, ideally across several implementation projects
- Solid knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and core CRM processes
- A strong interest in AI, with hands-on exposure to Agentforce, Prompt Builder or Data Cloud as a plus (not a must)
- Able to translate business goals into clear requirements and practical solutions
- Experience with Agile delivery is an advantage
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Platform App Builder, Agentforce Specialist) are a plus
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, curious mindset
- Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
