- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for IT.
- Prepare, execute and coordinate testing activities, including GO/NO GO meetings.
- Develop SQL queries, reports and dashboards to support business needs.
- Collaborate with IT departments and project teams during implementation.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Analyse business processes, identify improvements and ensure data quality.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and VBA.
- Thorough hands-on experience with SQL.
- Strong functional and technical analysis skills.
- Programming and testing capabilities.
- Experience working in large organisations or complex business environments.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAS.
- Knowledge of Credit Risk, CRR3 and Basel III.
- Previous experience within the BNP Paribas Fortis business or IT environment.
Languages:
- Dutch or French: Good/fluent speaking and understanding, with basic/good writing skills (at least one required).
- English: Fluent writing and good speaking and understanding.
