Packing worker, day shift

We are looking for motivated packing staff for our client in Lokeren. The company is a stable player in the packaging sector and is known for its high-quality and efficient services. To strengthen the team, they are looking for employees who are willing to roll up their sleeves and work during the day shift.

As a packing employee, you are responsible for carefully packing various materials. These vary in size and weight, with a maximum of 10 kg. You work according to clear instructions and always take quality and accuracy into account. Some mathematical skills are important here.

• You are available immediately.
• A pleasant and collegial working atmosphere—a chat with colleagues is part of the job.
• Daytime work from Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
• You can present a stable resume.
• Preferably, you already have experience as a packing employee.
• You speak fluent Dutch or English.
• You can work at a good pace without losing accuracy.
• You can work independently.
• Standing work does not deter you.
• You have the necessary math skills.

You will be working in the production and packaging department, a core team within the company where various machine parts and goods are packaged daily for further delivery. In this department, you will work with colleagues in a structured environment where order, quality, and speed are key. As a packaging employee, you will be part of a team that works closely together to prepare orders on time and correctly, with an eye for detail and customer satisfaction. The department is characterized by a hands‑on mentality, open communication, and a collegial atmosphere in which you help each other to achieve the best results every day.
