Job Description

  • Analyze corporate lending and transaction requests from a credit risk perspective.
  • Assess financial performance, business models, cash flows, and transaction structures.
  • Prepare credit applications and recommendations for local credit committees.
  • Monitor portfolio developments and identify emerging credit risks.
  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers across Europe.
  • Work alongside Compliance, Risk Management, Treasury, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure transactions comply with internal risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement of credit assessment processes and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • As from 2 years of experience in Credit Analysis, Corporate Banking, Risk for large companies
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, credit risk fundamentals, and financial analysis.
  • Ability to assess creditworthiness and formulate balanced risk recommendations.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English with at least one additional European language.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Diligent, professional, intellectually curious, and commercially aware.
