Positioned at the intersection of physical dynamics and control software, you will calibrate clutch physical synchronization and torque transitions within an electrified dual-clutch transmission.
Key Responsibilities
- Calibration : Execute assigned calibration work packages using designated tools and processes. Fine-tune software parameters and validate control strategies to ensure optimal system performance, efficiency, and reliability under all driving conditions.
- Testing & validation: Define and conduct test plans to calibrate and validate the hybrid system across various setups (transmission test benches, chassis dynamometers, and actual test vehicles).
- Drivability assessments: Perform both objective (data acquisition systems) and subjective (behind-the-wheel feel) assessments of vehicle drivability and shift quality.
- Dataset management: Manage and version control the calibration datasets for assigned software modules.
- Problem solving & collaboration: Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve technical roadblocks. Engage and exchange technical insights with internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations.
