Senior Tech Lead: Agile Delivery for Regulated Platform

Location:Anderlecht, BelgiumEngagement Status: Freelance until end of 2026 with strong possibility to extend for 2 yearsOverviewWe’re partnered with a global pharmaceutical organisation to support in hiring a Senior Tech Lead / Project Manager to take ownership of a critical internal platform supporting clinical processes. This is a strategic role combining technical leadership, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement within a regulated environment. You’ll lead an established platform with a multidisciplinary team, while also supporting new project intake and shaping future initiatives.Requirements

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, custom-built platform
• Drive Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, grooming)
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, and risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, infrastructure, validation)
• Engage and challenge stakeholders, managing expectations effectively
• Contribute to new project intake and requirements definition

Hard Skills

• Strong experience leadingcustom software development projects
• Background inGxP or regulated environments(pharma preferred)
• Hands-on Agile / Scrum experience (incl. backlog management, Azure DevOps)
• Experience managingbudgets and project financials
• Ability to proactively manage risks and escalations
• Technical exposure (ideally .NET / Angular environments)
