Job Description
They are looking for a Senior PHP Developer to join their engineering team and play a key role in the evolution of business-critical applications. The successful candidate will work on backend development with PHP and Laravel, contribute to a major AWS migration project, and progressively become a technical reference within the team
- Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Participate in the modernization of the technology stack and cloud migration initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with technical leadership on architectural decisions.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best development practices.
- Analyse business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose long-term improvements.
- Contribute to system reliability, security, and performance optimization.
- Share knowledge and support the growth of the development team.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 7 years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in PHP and Laravel.
- Experience working on complex business applications.
- Ability to work independently and quickly identify priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Professional English communication skills.
- You can quickly understand an existing ecosystem and become a key contributor.
- You enjoy working with experienced engineers in a collaborative and low-ego environment.
