Job Description

Key Tasks

  • Schedule timely, prepare rigorously and organize efficiently preventive or curative maintenance interventions on Kinetic PowerPack units that are covered by a service contract with RRSL (1st line support); coordinate those interventions with the Field Service Technicians team;
  • Analyse and resolve machine/system breakdowns, warnings (such as power losses, red & yellow alarms, observations) on Kinetic PowerPack units (1st line or 2nd line support);
  • Determine root cause and prepare technical reports, following system failures;
  • Organize the implementation resolutions to technical issues in the field;
  • Be part of the 24/7 support team, on a rotational basis (typically 1 every 6 weeks) to guarantee a 24/7 support world-wide, according to an agreed work convention;
  • Manage warranty claims, in coordination with the concerned internal departments;
  • Organize regular review meetings with the concerned RR subsidiaries to ensure satisfactory support is given to the clients in the concerned region;
  • Be a trainer at our training centre in the factory. The trainees can be international RRPS service colleagues, service partners, or end clients.

Stakeholders Management

  • Coordination with the internal support teams (engineering, procurement, Field Service Technicians team,…);
  • Support to RR subsidiaries (regular status review meetings, as well as on-demand support)

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree Electrical / Electromechanical
  • or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years experience in a similar role with a Multinational Company;
  • Experience in a technical after sales department is an asset;
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Good multi-tasking and time management
  • Customer and service oriented
  • Languages: French and English. Another language is an asset;
