Johnson & Johnson Beerse site seeks a Principal Engineer in Manufacturing Sciences & Technology (MST) for Global Product Integration. You will lead clinical manufacturing activities, collaborate with DP development and pilot-plant teams, and drive tech transfer across internal and external facilities.
Applicants should have 10+ years in GMP pharmaceutical development/engineering, experience with DP processes, and strong cross-functional leadership. English fluency required; Dutch beneficial.
