As a functional consultant, you have a passion for marketing, sales or service. You love to work customer facing and get energy out of helping them reach their goals.
You like to take the lead in projects, and want to be involved in pre-sales, workshops, analysis, customizing, documentation and training, up until the go live.
You can understand and gather customers' needs while also challenging them, to then translate them into a sustainable solution. With your knowledge of Service, Sales or marketing business processes, you can tackle these challenges without a doubt
But it doesn't stop at pure customer work: you are willing to help us improve our way of working and are open to coaching your junior colleagues.

We are the Dynamics Customer Engagement team. With us, you're certain to be involved in a wide range of innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, as we guide our customers through their transformation into a Customer Engagement platform.
Is there a match?
- have more than 5 years of professional experience as a Dynamics CE consultant or a similar tool, with a focus on Service, sales and/or marketing
- have experience working closely with customers.
- want to take on presales and lead workshops.
- are an excellent listener and communicator, fluent in Dutch/French and English
- have a sharp, analytical mind and know how to strip messages to the core.
- instinctively understand business needs, ask plenty of questions and know how to translate problems into IT solutions.
