Lever, Inc. invites an AI Harness Engineer to join a partner-led, fully remote team based in Belgium. You will build AI harnesses, tool calling, and context management for diverse model types, while developing reusable components and testing frameworks.
The role emphasizes experimentation, peer-to-peer tech, and reliable distributed systems in a global, autonomous environment. Strong TS/JS skills and 5+ years in production software are required.
