Are you looking for a high-impact transformation mandate? Lead the transformation of ISS BeLux’s Food and Non-Food Supply Chain and Procurement activities, representing approximately €160 million in annual spend across Food, Non-Food, temporary labour, fleet and subcontracting. Working closely with Group Procurement, you will strengthen sourcing, supplier performance and digitalisation to deliver measurable value.

What will you do?
Define and deploy the Food and Non-Food Supply Chain and Procurement strategy to improve operational performance, costs, cash flow, risk management, sustainability and client value. The role leads the team and supplier partnerships in line with ISS Belux and Group priorities.
Strategy, transformation and value creation
Define and deploy a transformation roadmap aligned with local and international ambitions.
Increase value creation through strategic sourcing, category management and supplier-base rationalisation.
Position Procurement as a partner for growth, performance and differentiation while optimising costs, service quality and cash flow.
What will you do?
Define and deploy the Food and Non-Food Supply Chain and Procurement strategy to improve operational performance, costs, cash flow, risk management, sustainability and client value. The role leads the team and supplier partnerships in line with ISS Belux and Group priorities.
Strategy, transformation and value creation
Define and deploy a transformation roadmap aligned with local and international ambitions.
Increase value creation through strategic sourcing, category management and supplier-base rationalisation.
Position Procurement as a partner for growth, performance and differentiation while optimising costs, service quality and cash flow.
Supplier ecosystem and performance
Align Food and Non-Food strategies with Group direction and deploy framework agreements and best practices locally.
Develop a preferred-supplier programme and rationalise the supplier base.
Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, onboarding and evaluation.
Monitor critical suppliers through KPIs, audits and improvement plans, and develop value-creating partnerships.
Internal partnership and client value
Partner with Operations, Commercial, Finance, Legal and Key Account teams.
Support the retention of strategic clients and the development of compelling value propositions.
Support tenders and the setup of supply chains for new clients.
Governance, risk and sustainability
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ISS standards and ethical sourcing requirements.
Manage operational, financial, legal, ESG and reputational supplier risks.
Embed decarbonisation, responsible procurement, diversity and supplier innovation objectives.
Digital, financial and people leadership
Manage approximately €160 million in annual spend, primarily across Food (30%), temporary labour (15%), fleet (5%), subcontracting (30%) and Non-Food (10%).
Lead a team of approximately ten people, including six Category Managers.
Report to the Operations Performance Director, with a functional reporting line to the Group Procurement lead.
Own the department budget and translate priorities into measurable results.
Build an empowered, collaborative and high-performing team with clear objectives and KPIs.
