JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are looking for a senior full-stack developer .NET/ Angular with a strong .NET foundation, who can independently build production software and wants to grow in a modern Cloud and DevOps environment.
• An important activity of the product team is the development and support of microservices.
• In addition, the team is also involved in the regular .NET development street where mainly web applications are built. This is done within project, maintenance and incident work.
• You will be part of a Development team that works in an Agile way.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analysis and design
• Participate in functional analyses and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drafting technical designs for new functionalities.
• Evaluating the technical feasibility of new applications and change requests.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the application architecture and code quality.

DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT

• Developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications.
• Supporting existing applications within project, maintenance and incident operation.
• Realization of functional expansions in accordance with the set business and technical requirements.
• Solving incidents and technical problems within the agreed service levels.
• Performing technical analyses and proposing sustainable solutions.

QUALITY AND TESTING

• Development of high-quality, maintainable and high-performance software.
• Setting up and executing unit tests.
• Supporting integration, system and acceptance testing.
• Applying development guidelines, best practices and internal IT standards.
• Documenting analyses, developments and technical solutions.

COLLABORATION AND PRODUCT OPERATION

• Actively collaborate with product owner, analysts, developers, testers and other stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, refinements, reviews and retrospectives.
• Supporting release activities and contributing to a controlled rollout of new functionalities.
• Actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team.

CHANGE AND RELEASE MANAGEMENT

• Meticulously applying the existing change and release processes.
• Support in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of releases.
• Monitoring quality, risk and stability during changes in production environments.

• Proven experience in developing .NET-based applications
• Demonstrated experience with Angular 2 or higher
• Proven experience with development on Azure
• Proven experience with web services (WCF / SOAP and Web API / REST)
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with backend technologies: C#, .NET Core
• Proven experience with Atlassian, Jira, and Confluence
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in web development with common frontend technologies and frameworks: JavaSript, HTML, CSS
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with relational databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL, ...)
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Unit Testing
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of Agile development methodology
• You are familiar with process-driven organizations based on the ITIL process, more specifically the change and release processes
