Join the GSK’s Apprentice Program: Help us get ahead of disease together Education required: You are regularly enrolled in an apprenticeship Master’s degree in Digital Transformation or Business Analyst in an Educational Establishment located in Belgium.
Language requirement: Fluent in French or English (both is a plus) Other requirements: Coding in Python Knowledge in Copilot Studio, Claude, Agentic programmation Strong interest in operations and performance management Good analytical skills (Excel required, Power BI is a plus) Structured, organized and solution-oriented mindset Good communication skills Expected start date: October / November 2026 Requisite: You are currently following a work-linked (alternance) training course at a Belgian educational establishment. The apprenticeship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.

What will you do?
- Support the roadmap to increase the digital performance of the shopfloor through an argentic approach
- Support daily production monitoring (output, efficiency, deviations)
- Analyze performance indicators (OEE, yield, line efficiency)
- Help identify improvement opportunities on packaging lines
- Support implementation of operational improvement projects
- Assist in planning and coordination of production activities
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management review
- Support deviation tracking and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams

- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
- Structured, organized and solution-oriented
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in production environment, KPIs, and continuous improvement
This is a temporary internship/apprenticeship opportunity focused on professional development.
