- Développer et fidéliser un réseau de clients professionnels dans le secteur horticole et des espaces verts.
- Assurer la promotion et la vente des gammes de matériel horticole distribuées par JOSKIN DistriTECH, notamment les marques Breviagri, Rauch, Feelcrop et LOVOL.
- Conseiller les clients sur les solutions techniques les mieux adaptées à leurs besoins et à leur activité.
- Établir les offres commerciales et assurer le suivi des dossiers jusqu'à leur aboutissement.
- Réaliser des démonstrations de matériel et accompagner les clients dans la prise en main des équipements.
- Participer aux foires, salons professionnels et autres événements liés au secteur.
- Assurer une veille active sur l'évolution du marché et des besoins des professionnels du secteur.##

Your profile
- Vous disposez d'une expérience dans le secteur horticole, agricole ou des espaces verts ou d'une bonne connaissance de celui-ci.
- Vous manifestez un intérêt marqué pour les équipements techniques et la mécanisation horticole.
- Vous possédez une bonne maîtrise du français et/ou du néerlandais (une autre langue constitue un atout).
- Vous appréciez le contact humain et le conseil à la clientèle.
- Vous disposez d'un bon sens commercial, d'une force de persuasion et d'un bon sens de l'organisation.
- Vous êtes autonome, responsable et faites preuve d'esprit d'initiative.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques courants.

I am about to start my 34th year at JOSKIN and what I like most about it is the fact that I'm learning, that I'm growing with the company, that I've been able to do training to improve myself, to perfect my knowledge of the painting process and technical equipment. Finally, being able to see the constant evolution of the paint line is something I really appreciate.
The agricultural industry is a world I appreciate. I also like to share my knowledge and meet with customers during troubleshooting or start-ups. I think it is satisfying to see people using JOSKIN machines correctly thanks to our work.
What I like most about my job is the mix of tasks. Every day is different, with different tasks. I also appreciate the contact with customers and drivers, as well as being able to speak several languages, which I find essential in order to practice what school has taught me.
