- Supporttheimplementationandmanagementofsafety-relatedsystems.
- Driveprocessimprovementandtechnologyadoptioninitiatives.
- Partnerwithbusiness,IT,andexternalsupplierstodeliversystemenhancements.
- Supportinvestigations,systemupgrades,testing,andusertrainingactivities.
- Contributetovalidationdocumentationandreleaseactivities.
- 5+years'experiencesupportingsafetysystemswithinapharmaceuticalenvironment.
- Strongunderstandingofpharmacovigilanceprocessesandpractices.
- ExperiencewithComputerSystemValidation(CSV).
- KnowledgeofUATexecution,dataintegrityassessments,andsystemdocumentation.
- Experienceworkingwithsafetydatabasesandrelatedtechnologyplatforms.
- Excellentcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandmanageprioritieseffectively.
- Strongproblem-solvingandcritical-thinkingabilities.
- Collaborativeapproachwithcross-functionalteams.
- Comfortableexplainingcomplexconceptstodifferentaudiences.
- Relevantdegreeorequivalentindustryexperience.
- Provenbackgroundinpharmacovigilancesystemsandbusinessprocessimprovement.
