Softtex Sleep Innovations is looking for an ambitious and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Waregem, Belgium.
Softtex Sleep Innovations is an international innovation house and technology provider for the global bedding industry. We develop innovative sleep products, technologies and concepts for leading manufacturers, retailers, brands and distribution partners across Europe, the United States, Australia and other international markets. Our production and sourcing are primarily coordinated in China, where we also have office and team.
Working closely (as right-hand) with the CEO, you will help drive the complete product journey:
- Translate innovations and customer RFQs into specifications, prototypes and finished products.
- Streamline our development, sampling, product-data and launch processes.
- Work closely with our International teams and production partners in China and other regions.
- Bring together technical requirements, commercial opportunities and a strong sense of product and design.
- Manage our innovation roadmap and translate ideas from our Innovation Board into concrete development projects.
- Build launch timelines, forecasts, presentations, videos, sales tools and go-to-market plans.
- Coordinate international product-development and customer projects, participate in customer meetings and presentations.
- Support our growth strategy as scale up, but actively approaching sales leads with mailings, promotions, customized concepts ..
- Support customers, distributors and sales partners—and potentially manage selected commercial opportunities yourself.
- Use AI and modern digital tools to improve speed, quality and scalability.
- Create digital tools, 3D Product visualizations, website & social media content.
- Coordinate packaging, artwork, labels, point-of-sale materials for retail and showroom presentations.
- Coordinate Fair & Events from A to Z.
- Training & supporting sales teams with tools, presentations, and product training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Textiles, Business development, or equivalent experience.
We are looking for a technical-commercial all-rounder with ambition, creativity, structure and genuine passion for products. Someone who takes ownership, gets things done and feels equally comfortable discussing a product specification, reviewing packaging artwork or presenting a new concept to an international customer.
Experience in product management, innovation, marketing & sales, consumer goods, textiles, furniture, bedding or international sourcing is a big advantage—but mindset, curiosity, passion for our products, customer mindset and drive are just as important.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Waregem with an international scope and occasional travel.
