Tribal EcoRestoration Alliance (TERA) seeks a Deputy Director to lead administrative, HR, financial, and operational systems. Based at the EcoCultural Fire & Stewardship Training Center in Upper Lake, CA, the role is primarily in-person (minimum four days/week) with occasional remote work.
