The Principal will develop, manage, and deliver donor-funded Technical Cooperation activities on Gender Equality and Human Capital for EBRD’s SEMED investments (Morocco and Tunisia). Working with the Regional Policy Lead and VP3 pillars, the role coordinates human capital, skills, gender, economic inclusion, and access to employment and services.
