Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities
• Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping processes
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
• Train, lead, and evaluate warehouse staff
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse
• Implement and uphold company procedures and safety regulations
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse tools
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
