* You are the face of our real estate agency in Hasselt.
* You build your own portfolio by taking action, identifying opportunities, and seizing them.
* Prospecting? That’s your playground: making calls, knocking on doors, networking, and being wherever opportunities arise.
* You’ll guide customers with enthusiasm and confidence through the entire buying and selling process.
* You take firm control of cases and see them through from start to finish.
* You organize and supervise visits.
* You negotiate with flair and a healthy dose of conviction.### Who are we looking for?
* You have (almost) started as a BIV intern and are highly motivated to master the profession.
* You have a business-oriented mindset and thrive on interacting with customers and achieving results.
* You have strong communication skills, are persuasive, and aren't afraid to take the initiative.

* You enjoy working independently, but you also work well as part of a team.
