Facility & Indirect procurement coordinator (NL/FR)

At PHOENIX Belgium, we support healthcare professionals and patients every day through reliable services and operational excellence. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Facility & Indirect Procurement Coordinator who will play a key role in managing facilities, coordinating suppliers, and supporting indirect procurement activities across our Belgian sites.

Your role

You will be responsible for coordinating facility-related activities, monitoring supplier performance, supporting indirect purchasing processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role combines operational follow-up, contract management, procurement support, and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance, technical interventions, and facility services across our sites.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Support indirect procurement activities and contract follow-up.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and operational performance.
• Contribute to optimization projects, sustainability initiatives, and process improvements.
• Ensure high service quality and business continuity across facilities.

Your profile

• Experience in facility management, indirect procurement, supplier management, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience with contract management and cost optimization is an asset.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365; experience with ERP, procurement, or ticketing systems is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
