Windsor.ai is seeking a seasoned in-house influencer-and-affiliate leader to own the full revenue engine around trusted creators, analysts, and affiliate partners. You will source, recruit, negotiate terms, and manage relationships to build a scalable, recurring revenue channel.
You’ll run the end-to-end lifecycle from onboarding to commission structures, performance reporting, and revenue attribution, ensuring a robust pipeline and measurable growth across programs.
