As HR Business Partner, you are the main point of contact for employees and managers at our plant in Lier. You combine strong operational HR support with an advisory and strategic role. You ensure the correct execution of HR processes and, together with the Belgian management team, contribute to a forward-looking HR policy aligned with the company strategy.
