Stephex – Practical Support and Vehicle LogisticsAre you practical-minded, well-organised and interested in vehicles? Are you looking for a varied role that combines administrative follow-up with hands-on tasks? Then this position at Stephex might be just what you are looking forTo support our day-to-day operations, we are looking for a Logistics Assistant to help with the practical organisation and follow-up of various vehicle movements. This includes assisting with the delivery of new vans and motorhomes, as well as arranging vehicle movements for technical inspections, maintenance and repairs.
You will join a varied role where flexibility, attention to detail and a hands-on mentality are essential.What does the role involve?* Assisting with the arrangement and follow-up of transport for new vans and motorhomes.
* Scheduling and following up on technical inspections and any required re-inspections.
* Taking vehicles to garages or workshops, or arranging their transport, for maintenance and repairs.
* Contacting garages, inspection centres, suppliers and other external partners to coordinate appointments.
* Ensuring that vehicles are collected and delivered on time.
* Keeping accurate administrative records of appointments and vehicle movements.
* Supporting colleagues with a variety of practical and logistical tasks.
* Providing flexible support when unexpected situations or urgent vehicle movements arise.### Who are we looking for?We are looking for a reliable and motivated colleague who enjoys getting hands-on and making sure that practical matters run smoothly.
* You work accurately and in an organised manner.
* You have a practical mindset and enjoy finding solutions.
* You communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
* You are flexible and able to work independently.
* You have an interest in vehicles, vans and motorhomes.
* You are comfortable using standard computer applications and handling administrative tasks.
* Experience in a logistics or practical support role is an advantage.
* You speak Dutch fluently. Knowledge of French and English is a plus.Driving Licence C/CE* You hold a Category C or CE driving licence, or you are willing to obtain one.
* You are willing to drive vehicles yourself when necessary, for example in unexpected situations or when additional support is required.### What do
