Nike is seeking a people-focused supervisor within its Information Technology team to lead a technical support group that keeps ELC technology and warehouse operations moving. You will set priorities, coach team members, manage resources, and ensure a consistent customer experience across shifts.
You’ll plan daily activities, allocate resources, strengthen business continuity, monitor performance against SLAs, and align improvements with management.
