For our client, a leading international distributor of truck parts, we are seeking a Commercial Sales Support Administrator for the Romanian market.
Job Description:
As a Commercial Sales Support Administrator, you will be the essential link between our customers and their product needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Following up on incoming leads and managing orders from start to finish after a thorough training period.
- Responding to customer inquiries and advising them on specific truck parts.
- Preparing quotes and pricing proposals.
- Conducting negotiations to drive successful sales outcomes.
- Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Candidate Profile:
- You have a strong interest in or passion for trucks and the automotive sector.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Technical knowledge of trucks and their components is beneficial but not essential, as extensive training will be provided.
- Strong digital skills, with the ability to quickly learn ERP and CRM systems.
- You have excellent commercial and communication skills.
- You are fluent in both Romanian and English.
- You can travel independently to the site.
- You can adopt a flexible approach when required.
