ICF is seeking a senior professional to support the European Commission by facilitating in-person and virtual multi-stakeholder dialogues among CSOs, foundations, local authorities and EU institutions across Europe.
The role includes drafting concept notes, providing policy updates, and contributing to background papers for the Policy Forum on Development and related consultations, coordinating with policy teams as needed.
