We're looking for a specialist architect to design NIS2-compliant Microsoft 365 access management across SharePoint and MS Teams. You'll define governance, secure document sharing and controls preventing Copilot from bypassing permissions.
What you'll do
- Design permissions for confidential and non-confidential SharePoint libraries.
- Define administrator roles, site ownership and centralised access-approval procedures.
- Design external document sharing without exposing personal OneDrive workspaces.
- Incorporate MS Purview security labels and retention into access governance.
- Set up access monitoring, periodic reviews and audit trails.
- Document governance, standard templates and procedures for servicedesk maintenance.
What you bring
- Eight years of expert experience as a specialist or enterprise architect.
- Knowledge and experience of modelling techniques: Archimate, Togaf, UML, Sparx EA.
- Dutch, C2.
Nice to have
- Eight years of senior SharePoint specialist experience.
- Experience with Office 365 implementation, rollout and administration.
- Information security experience covering governance, cybersecurity planning and risk appetite definition.
- Experience with NIS2.
- Knowledge and experience of business processes.
- Project management experience covering costs, timing, coordination, planning and estimates.
- Broad architecture knowledge, with expertise in infrastructure, applications, security, data or processes.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems for business solutions, such as Documentum or SharePoint.
- Experience setting up MS365 permissions.
- Knowledge of M365 architecture and dashboarding.
Good to know
- External collaboration must support partners without MS365 accounts.
- Access management must accommodate frequent Microsoft updates.
