SAP SE in Belgium seeks a defined-term Total Rewards professional to apply strong business acumen and rewards management experience. You will partner with Legal, Tax, Finance, and HR to translate complex regulations into actionable processes using data analysis and a project-driven mindset.
You’ll own Total Rewards projects end-to-end, including Expense Allowances and Pensions in the Netherlands. You will design and manage benefits programmes and vendor relationships, leveraging AI tools daily
